We seek a passionate Training Manager to elevate our training programs inthe optical industry

- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for optical retail staff, focusing on sales and customer service excellence.

- Design engaging training materials and resources to support learningobjectives.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, toensure consistent skill development.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailorprograms accordingly.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement enhancements as needed.
