- 5 years of experience as a CSO.
- Retired Force Personnel (Military/Paramilitary).
- Security management experience in the Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
Required Competence:
- At least 5 year’s of experience working as a security manager.
- Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
- Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.
- Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.

- We are seeking to hire a qualified and technically competent Chief Security Officer (CSO) for its Aluminium and Copper Ingots Manufacturing Plant.
- The factory, which is based in Mowe [Lagos-Ibadan Express Way], Ogun state will primarily recycle a broad range of scrap materials and convert them to usable Aluminium and Copper Ingots for different manufacturing purposes.
Duties
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Monitor the visitors and workers’ entry and exit to the factory.
- Build a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.
- Review existing security measures and update protocols as needed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvement.
- Foster a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
- Manage, evaluate, and resolve any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
- Ensure that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislation.
- Present risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
- Work with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
