Senior Assistant Director Supply Chain Management

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

• Served for three (3) years at the level of Assistant Director Supply Chain Management DPP 4 OR in a comparable and relevant position in the Public or Private Sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
  
• Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Procurement and Supply Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, purchasing and supplies management or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized university;
  
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or its approled equivalent from a recognized institution;
  
• Member of a professional body of Suppll' Chain Management officers' i.e. Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and in Good Standing;
  
• Practicing license from Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply;
  
• Master's degree in any of the follou'ing disciplines: Procurement and supply management, Business Administration, Commerce, tngistics or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution;
  
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work pedormance and results; and
  
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six ofthe Constitution of Kenya 2010; Integrity, tradership, Honesty, Accountability and Discipline in the service to people
