- A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from an accredited and recognized institution.
- Professional membership to Institute of Human Resource Management
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a Human Resource Management position in a public/private university/institutions of higher learning or its equivalent.
- Applicants with a Ph. D will have an added advantage
