- Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steelwork as per standard.
- Conducting material inspections for all Construction items delivered at the site.
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are Up to-date.
- Preparing daily, Weekly & and monthly progress reports for the work done in the quality control section.
- Conduct training programs at the site for the development and improvement of workmanship thereby achieving better productivity.
- Preparing and reviewing work method statements, inspection test plans and checklists as per specifications, international standards and code of practice.
- Conducting regular inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and construction processes to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records, to track project progress and compliance.
- Identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues promptly, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues effectively.
- Providing training and guidance to project team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
- Communicating with all stakeholders regarding quality-related matters, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with management’s expectations.
- Daily field inspection of construction operations to ensure compliance with approved Project Design, Drawings, specifications, and approved Project Quality Plans
