Job Description

Frequently carry out patrol of the store as advised by the store CSO
Ensure critical points related to safety and security of the store – Fire exits, escape routes are not blocked and are clear
Ensure any violation of other departmental SOP is reported to the CSO for further action
Supervise the activities of all external security guards and external security supervisors at the store.
Ensure that all items on the vendor’s LPO are accurately supplied and appropriate records are taken.
Ensure all items supplied by vendors are adequately weighed and recorded accurately.
Ensure customer invoice/receipts are properly screened at exit point to be sure that quantity on receipt correspond with physical quantity purchased.
Ensure customer entry/exit SOP are strictly enforced and assets of the company are adequately protected.
