1. Product Promotion:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.

2. Market Penetration:

  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.

3. Strategic Partnerships:

  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

4. Marketing Excellence:

  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.

5. Sales Team Leadership:

  • Coordinate with the Growth Manager to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

6. Customer Acquisition:

  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

7. Data-Driven Insights:

  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Capable of creating and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify and reach out to new markets and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
