  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in helpdesk coordination, technical support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills
  • Coordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.
  • Act as support for the Technical Manager for exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
  • Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
  • Responsible for monitoring the follow up and feedback system of the Operations Department.
  • Timely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.
