Requirements

- 10 - 20 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR management, culture transformation and strategy development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as leading culture transformation initiatives.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties
