- B.Sc in Accounting and other related disciplines

- MBA (an international financial certification - ACCA or CFA is an advantage)
- Minimum of five(5) years work experience with at least two (2) in a management position in project financing, financial advisory or investment banking sectors.

- Minimum of five(5) years work experience with at least two (2) in a management position in project financing, financial advisory or investment banking sectors.
- Proven ability to create, coordinate, and evaluate financial programs and modelling tools required to manage the budgeting, tax planning, new business investments and project financing activities of the group
- The day-to-day management of all expenditure and revenue generating activities inclusive of departmental budgets, payroll and procurement functions
- Coordination and management of all financial reports, financial analysis, and performance reports
- Work with the treasury team and day-to-day monitoring of investments
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
- Manage the financial impact of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems
- Manage cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders
- Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
- Provide management oversight for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting
- Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business and project development
- Manage all funding relationships particularly debt raising initiatives
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the CFO and MD.
