Qualification and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support business objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other business leaders to provide HR solutions
  • At least 5 years prior experience in the oil and gas sector is mandatory.
  • Professional certification e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, PHR, SPHR, is mandatory
