Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support business objectives
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
- Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with other business leaders to provide HR solutions
- At least 5 years prior experience in the oil and gas sector is mandatory.
- Professional certification e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, PHR, SPHR, is mandatory
