Position Overview:

They are currently seeking for a project manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of events from conception through to post-event evaluation. This role requires a high level of organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The individual will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event meet the company's high standards and the client's expectations.

Position Overview:

This role requires a high level of organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The individual will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event meet the company's high standards and the client's expectations.
Key Responsibilities

1. Event Coordination:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, and budget for each event.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and materials.
- Manage client communications and ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

2. Logistics Management:

- Plan and oversee all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
- Coordinate with venues to manage layouts, seating arrangements, and other logistical details.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues that may arise during events.

3. Financial Oversight:

- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and stay within allocated limits.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to achieve the best possible terms.
- Prepare financial reports and post-event cost analyses for review by management.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

4. Hall Setup and Decoration:

- Oversee the design and setup of event spaces to align with client specifications and company standards.
- Manage a team of decorators and setup crew to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure setup is progressing as planned and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ensure all decorations and setups are safely and efficiently dismantled post-event.

5. Client Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Solicit client feedback post-event to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
