VARIO PACK OPERATOR

• To efficiently operate and maintain the labelling machine, ensuring seamless production with high-quality outputs, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and maintenance protocols. Achieve production targets, optimize resource utilization, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a productive and safe working environment

• Operate the labelling machine as per SOP.

• Coordinate with the shift engineer for sufficient materials throughout the shift.

• Achieve production targets with quality adherence and minimize rejection.

• Independently conduct changeovers within set time limits, ensuring cleanliness.

• Troubleshoot faults during operation, aiming for minimal rejection.

• Maintain housekeeping near the machine following company procedures.

• Monitor and control process parameters, systematically handing over to the incoming shift.

• Fill and maintain production reports, downtime, and preventive maintenance checklists.

• Collaborate with team members for smooth machine operation and assist in running other machines.

• Optimize production hours utilization, considering breaks and prayer time.

• Promptly report abnormalities or deviations to the Shift Engineer.
