2. Ensure availability of materials for the entire shift by coordinating with the shift engineer.

3. Meet production targets with required quality and minimal rejection.

4. Independently perform changeovers within specified time limits and maintain cleanliness of changeover parts and trolley.

5. Troubleshoot machine faults during operation to minimize rejection rates.

6. Maintain housekeeping near the machine as per company procedures.

7. Monitor and control process parameters, handing over to the incoming shift systematically.

8. Fill and maintain hourly production logs, downtime records, and preventive maintenance checklists.

9. Collaborate with other machine operators or team members to achieve production targets.

10. Optimize production hours by effectively utilizing break times.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Diploma / Degree in Engineering or any associated field

Minimum 5 years of experience or more.
