NHF MACHINE OPERATOR

• Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Food Science Engineering.

• Formal training or certification in machine operation, preferably related to filling machines or production equipment.

• Previous experience as a machine operator, particularly with NHF Line Filling machines, is advantageous. Must have experience in KRONE machines

• Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for filling machines and basic machine maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot and address issues during machine operation.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.

• Proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, conducting routine maintenance, and optimizing machine efficiency.

• Willingness to adapt to changing production demands and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate with other operators and team members to achieve production targets.

• Operate the NHF Line Filling machine with optimal efficiency, ensuring minimal process wastages, maintaining records, adhering to SOPs, and implementing maintenance programs to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Material Coordination: Ensure sufficient materials are available for the entire shift by coordinating with the shift engineer before the shift begins.

• Production Targets: Achieve production targets set by management, maintaining required quality standards and minimizing rejections.

• Changeover Management: Independently perform machine changeovers within the designated time limit, ensuring cleanliness of changeover parts and trolley.

• Troubleshooting: Address faults during operation with minimal rejection, actively participating in troubleshooting efforts.

• Housekeeping: Maintain proper housekeeping near the machine according to company procedures.

• Process Monitoring: Monitor and control process parameters, ensuring a systematic handover to the incoming shift.

• Documentation: Fill and maintain production logs, downtime records, and preventive maintenance checklists.

• Team Collaboration: Cooperate with other machine operators or team members, supporting each other to achieve production targets.

• Time Optimization: Optimize production hours by efficiently utilizing break and prayer times.

• Abnormality Reporting: Report any abnormalities or deviations to the Shift Engineer promptly, ensuring accurate equipment conditions.

• Machine Maintenance: Keep the machine in good condition during operation, ensuring proper lubrication and collaborating with the maintenance team for necessary upkeep
