Responsibilities
  • Plan lessons and prepare teaching materials for your subject.
  • Set up the classroom, organise displays and resources; teach whole class lessons.
  • Work with small groups and do practical activities.
  • Directly work with the SEN department and teaching assistants.
  • Assess children's subject-specific abilities.
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment and follow safeguarding procedures.
  • Update records.
  • Talk to parents and carers about their children's progress.
  • Attend meetings and trainings that are beneficial to the school.
  • Organise outings, after school clubs, school social activities and sports events.


  • In addition, current CV must include full details of three professional referees, one of whom must be the applicant's current or most recent Head.
  • Having prior teaching experience at AISEN schools and institutions following the British Curriculum is considered beneficial.
  • Successful applicants are expected to be available in August for orientation.
  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo background checks.
