  • Welcome staffby determining their coffee interests and needs.
  • Educate staff by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and responding to questions
  • Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as expresso, expresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
  • Maintaininventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; and maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar.
  • Keepequipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; and calling for repairs.
  • Maintaina safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintainand improve the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
