  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or communications role, preferably within a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create impactful content.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Experience with internal communications strategies and initiatives is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices is desirable but not required.

Job Description

  • This role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the Internal Communications & Sustainability Manager, to drive impactful communication strategies across all OPS channels.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for crafting compelling communications and overseeing day-to-day communication activities within OPS.

Key Duties

  • Implement strategies for managing employee communications within OPS.
  • Develop initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance engagement among OPS employees and support Phase 1 objectives.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of factory activities and amplify them through internal platforms such as newsletters, The Hub (internal site), and approved external media channels.
  • Contribute to the production of quarterly newsletters and ensure their effective dissemination.
  • Generate factory-related content for website updates, SharePoint pages, and other digital platforms across the organization.
  • Interpret briefs and create materials for internal communications at the Ibadan Factory, as well as support external communications efforts.
  • Participate in Branding Projects at the Ibadan Factory.
  • Engage in project meetings with stakeholders to ensure communication integration and provide feedback to the corporate affairs team.
