Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
- Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the palm kernel crushing mill factory operations towards quality products, market share increase and profitability
- Supervise the entire workflow ensuring all departments meet their deliverables
- Ensure the production achieve the company's operative goals.
- Draw up production schedules according to demand & inventory level.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Set up operating and quality standards, production processes and ensure implementation.
- Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required
- Enforce health and safety precautions
