• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of results.
• Expertise in program management (design, monitoring, evaluation) in resource-limited settings.
• Strong financial skills (budgeting, accounting, grant management).
• Team leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Donor experience with securing funding for development programs.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing successful country strategies.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required.
• Travel flexibility within Uganda and potentially internationally.
