Project Planning and Management:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Technical Oversight:
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring all electrical engineering projects meet industry standards and regulations.
• Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and technical drawings.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to project personnel and ensure that team members have the necessary tools and training.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage project budget, track expenditures, and ensure project stays within financial constraints.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Risk Management:
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Perform risk analysis and manage risk mitigation plans.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
