Education

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering. Master’s degree in Technical or Commercial field is preferred

  • Relevant OEM UC&C, Cloud and Security Certifications : Huawei, Cisco, Avaya, Meta switch etc.

  • Business and Commercial Acumen

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information technology and Presales

  • Deep understanding of Unified Communication and Collaboration, cloud networking and security technology

  • Prior professional services / consulting background

  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous

  • Experience working in a large organization

Responsibilities
  • Use commercial acumen to translate customer requirements into working solutions that fit within customer budgets

  • Present business cases to Senior Management for approval, funding and prioritization.

  • Work in cross functional teams to define, deliver and support the design and development of UC&C technology solutions that are fit for purpose

  • Participate in the supplier selection process, evaluating usefulness, cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.

  • Keep abreast of current and future trends and contribute to the development, review and analysis of the UC&C Products and Services roadmaps to ensure alignment with client requirements.

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in response to client requirements to provide prescriptive guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures

  • Anchor the account management and go-to-market activities for key identified clients across segments and regions

  • Support continuous technical relationships with customers and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction
