  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new products, services, and offerings.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues and inquiries.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within key accounts.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
