The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational policies, managing the operational budget, and leading a team to drive operational excellence.


1. Operational Leadership:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, including facilities, IT and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

2. Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial health and sustainability.

3. Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.

4. Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance.

5. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the organization's mission and goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

6. Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Align operational activities with strategic priorities.
  • Participate in long-term planning to support growth and development.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an educational institution or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
