- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience working in a leadership position within a healthcare setting, preferably in an IVF/fertility clinic.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the nursing team, including Registered Nurses and Nurse Assistants, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee all nursing activities within the fertility clinic, including patient assessments, treatment administration, and patient education.
- Coordinate patient care throughout the fertility treatment process, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the fertility treatment journey.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment within the clinic.
- Participate in staff training and development activities to ensure the ongoing professional development of the nursing team.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
