- Proven experience in SAP is a MUST

Job Summary
- As the General Manager, Supply Chain Projects, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain network.
- You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conception and planning to execution and closeout.
- You will work alongside cross-functional teams of professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments. This role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Duties
- Supports the CSCO with developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain project management strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential supply chain improvement projects.
- Lead the project planning process, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task execution. Develop and implement project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and communication strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
- Track and measure project performance against established metrics and KPIs. Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain project management.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
