  • BSc / B.A in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field MSC, MBA will be additional Advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience
  • Having the capacity to increase the bank’s clientele and grow the revenue base by ensuring maximal productivity of the bank within the target region and its environs.
  • Having the ability to create and present annual marketing plan and strategy, as well as manage the implementation of the bank’s marketing strategy towards success.
  • Having the ability to provide corporate leadership, set marketing goals, determine KPIs for the marketing team and track KPIs on the regular bases.
  • Able to support decision-making process, creating medium and long-term improvement plan by driving the bank’s resources towards surpassing client satisfaction, optimal business profitability and client retention.
  • Having the ability to introduce tactical initiatives for sustainable growth by recommending new product specimen, new business models for adoption and likewise being able to control project cost while driving the successful implementation of the project phases.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, identify potential clients in the target market, develop new relationship, while maintaining existing profitable client relationship.
  • Having the ability to identify talents for recruitment, ensuring consistent capacity development of bank’s workforce by consistently delegating responsibilities to business development executives and providing mentorship that would ensure growth of the bank’s human resources.
  • Build relationship with other key player such as to boot the sales of the organization.
