Job Summary
- As our Construction HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of all construction activities within the organization.
- This position involves implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting inspections.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures specific to construction sites and regularly inspect construction sites to identify potential hazards and assess risks.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for construction workers, supervisors, and management.
- Monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
