Job Description

  • To support the achievement of the organization’s Sales/Marketing strategy through the development of new businesses and retention of existing businesses.
Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes · Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them
  • Development of new business leads and prospects
  • Follow through with to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through
  • Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance
