  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years Proven experience in sales coordination or customer service roles within the feed mill industry, with a thorough understanding of feed mill operations and products.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and sales data.

  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and sales transactions for feed mill products.
  • Negotiating all contracts with potential and prospective clients
  • Obtaining deposit and balance of payment for clients
  • Answering clients' questions about credit terms, product prices, and availability
  • Expanding the business by bringing more customers
  • prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software or other systems.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track sales activities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Provide sales support and training to internal staff and external partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the feed mill industry, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Stay informed about new products, technologies, and innovations in the feed mill industry, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
