First Degree in any discipline

Membership of CIIN
Bancassurance Certification
Agent proficiency Certification
Public speaking experience

Job Description

To support the achievement of the organization’s Sales/Marketing strategy through the development of new businesses and retention of existing businesses.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes · Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them
Development of new business leads and prospects
Follow through with to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through
Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance
