Competencies
- Be a Kenyan citizen
- Must possess Government Trade Test Certificate Grade III in Automotive Engineering or undertaken exam with NITA for RPL
- Must have three (3) years’ relevant experience in relevant field as Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to the values and principles outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution.
- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya

- Repairing and maintaining county motor vehicles
- Undertaking improvement works including panel-beating
- Routine inspection/checks on county motor vehicles for repair and maintenance
- Preparing cost estimates for minor repairs of county motor vehicles
- Monitoring daily vehicle mechanical status.
- Any other duties as may be assigned
