- As the Senior Specialist, People Analytics, you will lead the effort to generate and integrate data-driven insights into HR practices, aligning them with business goals. You will be responsible for implementing a people analytics roadmap, managing user-centric people / HR reporting and self-service systems, and ensuring high standards of data governance. Your focus will also include enhancing operational efficiency with automated, scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration,or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in People analytics, HR analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
- Experience working with REST APIs to access cloud-based services.
- Proven experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., Hibob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with strategic workforce planning, and staff cost forecasting is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of data governance, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and best practices.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Reporting and Self-Service:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain HR reporting and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Manage the creation of self-service reporting solutions, focusing on delivering a pleasant user experience.
- Provide support to HR in the definition and usage of data, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
Strategic Planning and Development:
- Execute a comprehensive People Analytics roadmap to drive HR strategy and align with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and roadmaps, and provide insights to refine the strategic alignment of HR and the business.
- Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making and automation within HR to improve efficiency and upskill the way of working.
Analytics and Insight Generation:
- Conduct People Analytics research and analyzes to derive actionable insights, and validate predictive models for business problem-solving.
- Translate complex analytical findings into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement and validate cutting-edge analytical methodologies with rigorous statistical validation to ensure precise and reliable insights.
Data Governance and Management:
- Ensure the highest standards of data governance are upheld, ensuring accurate data collection, tracking, and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee data storage and sharing protocols, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with central data and insights teams to establish a robust people data warehouse and streamline data structures.
Operational Efficiency, Automation and Product Development:
- Apply a product development framework to engineer scalable, automated solutions aimed at boosting operational efficiency.
