Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field from a reputable tertiary institution.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working on gender equality, women's empowerment, and community development initiatives, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Strong understanding of gender analysis frameworks, participatory methodologies, and human rights-based approaches.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering gender training and capacity-building activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to promoting gender equality, social justice, and human rights.

- Coordinate the psychosocial support and community-based HIV programming, and also engages in community advocacy to raise community awareness on HIV.
- Conduct rapid assessment of gender integration services of sites meeting minimum requirement to conduct IPV screening and post GBV care.
- Conduct Gender analysis in ACEBAY states.
- Support National/State Technical Working Group on ACEBAY sites GBV data reporting on GBV database.
- Support the program teams through developing in-depth knowledge of local customs and culture in respective project communities of BAY States.
- Will be responsible for implementing activities to increase community awareness and support the program teams to enhance community participation and acceptability.
- Coordinate with other partners and link GBV survivors to access services.
- Any other duties as assigned.
