  • We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales officer to join our growing team!
  • In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for interacting directly with small business owners and decision-makers, educating them on the value of our innovative tech product, and driving sales.
  • You'll play a key role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and signing up new accounts.

Duties

  • Research and develop your own target account list for outbound outreach.
  • Understand the needs of our prospective small business customers and articulate the value proposition that Reliance Health provides.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs.
  • Close deals and process transactions, ensuring a smooth customer experience. 
  • Build rapport with potential customers and become a trusted advisor, nurturing them for future opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales records and interaction activities in our CRM.
  • Contribute to achieving team sales targets by meeting assigned sales targets.
  • Constantly strive to exceed individual, team and company goals.
