We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and branding within the FMCG sector, specifically in food, beverage, home, or personal care products. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage product launches, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Experience:

    • Utilize at least 7-8 years of marketing experience in any category, with a focus on the FMCG sector.
    • Leverage prior experience in marketing or branding for food, beverage, home, or personal care products.
    • Agency experience is also acceptable.
  • Marketing Activities:

    • Manage below-the-line marketing activities and trade activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Creative Thinking:

    • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Multitasking:

    • Efficiently handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Product Launches:

    • Oversee the end-to-end product launch process, from idea generation to monitoring sales performance through the field sales team.
  • Work Flexibility:

    • Be available to work flexible hours during product launches and other critical times.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Demonstrate excellent, persuasive communication skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in food, beverage, home, or personal care products.
  • Prior agency experience is a plus.
  • Age range: 28 to 35 years.
  • Proven ability to manage below-the-line activities and trade activations.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
  • Flexible with work hours during product launches.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
