The Warehouse Clerk will ensure proper allocation and easy identification of parts in the warehouse ultimately timely delivery of parts to the sales team.
Requirements
- The applicant must hold a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
- One year of experience in Store/inventory Management
- National Certificate/UVQF in Automotive Mechanics is an added advantage.

- Adhere to Toyota Warehouse standards & implement proper Ware house bin location in line with TMC 7 storage warehouse principles.
- Receive parts in accordance with the laid down policies & procedures.
- Accurately verify & timely binning of the received parts from suppliers.
- Check, verify and bin all parts returned by customers in line with parts returns policy.
- Accurately undertake picking of parts as per invoice details and timely delivery to the sales staff.
- Accurate picking & packing of parts ordered by customers.
- Up to date filing of invoices and pick slips records.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
- Active participation in all company activities.
