Requirements

- Lead M-KOPA’s Strategic Sales Planning and Operations.
- Support in directing sales strategy and direction in Uganda
- Develop and refine efficient sales processes
- Define and improve sales operational plans
- Identify market trends to enhance marketing efforts
- Manage budgeting aligned with P&L targets
- Drive sales performance across all channels
- Expand retail partnerships and increase channel sales
- Track and analyze sales data with business intelligence teams
Sales Team Management
- Manage field employees, administrators, and trainers, including training and performance.
- Oversee field and operations employee performance.
- Define OKRs, develop operational reports, and support target achievement.
- Implement incentive and commission programs.
- Drive team engagement.
