This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Sous Chef at Arcadia Suites Hotel. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. They will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop and innovate new recipes, monitor food quality, and ensure timely delivery of food orders. The Junior Sous Chef will work closely with the kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards and exceed guest expectations.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in culinary arts, including food preparation and cooking techniques. Culinary degree or certification is preferred

  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Experience in a similar role in a hospitality or culinary establishment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
