- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team.
- The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the company's procurement activities.
- This includes sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
- The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Key Duties
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Obtain quotes and compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates. Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous cost improvements and supply assurance.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve issues with orders and deliveries.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
