- Design and implement mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment on need basis
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed mechanical systems and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Implement new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports to the Head of Operations
- Developing repair and maintenance plans, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
- Lead and coordinate with the maintenance team for any ongoing, breakdown, or shutdown jobs.
