Duties
- Provide documentation support - draft and review of agreements and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research on related topics, for internal and external reporting purposes
- Undertake regulatory filings to the relevant regulatory bodies, and provide company secretariat support
- Support internal operations through the provision of legal advisory.
