  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and original content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, tailored to each social media platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes, campaigns, and calendar schedules. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to bring fresh and innovative ideas. 3. Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  • Track and measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.

Community Engagement:
