Position Overview

  • Do you have a knack for organizing and analyzing data? Join our team as a Volunteer Data Analyst and contribute to our mission.
  • We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist us in data collection, entry, quality assurance, and reporting.

Duties

  • Conduct surveys, interviews, or gather data from relevant sources as directed.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
  • Maintain a detailed record of data sources and collection methods.
  • Enter collected data into our designated database or spreadsheet software.
  • Double-check and verify data accuracy during the entry process.
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the existing team to identify and resolve data entry errors.
  • Perform data validation and cross-referencing to ensure consistency.
  • Generate reports highlighting data quality and potential improvements.
  • Generate daily progress reports summarizing the data collection and entry activities.
  • Communicate any challenges or bottlenecks to the project lead for timely resolution.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to the project team.
  • Assist in other project-related tasks as needed.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
