Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote and sell day-old chicks to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the poultry industry.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to showcase products and generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our day-old chicks, including proper handling and care.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to the sales manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and follow-up on after-sales services.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing and account reconciliation.
