Requirements
  • Extensive experience (10 years) in oil and gas project bidding, contract negotiation, and project management. Proven track record of securing major contracts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar GM role or senior bidding management position within a reputable oil and gas service company.

Duties

  • Lead and oversee the entire bidding process for WDCL, securing new oil and gas service contracts. Develop strategic bidding plans, manage bid teams, and negotiate winning proposals with clients (IOCs, LOCs).
