management,support the growth and scalability of IT infrastructure. The Whitespace Planner will be responsible formaintaining a well-organized and efficient data center environment that meetsboth current and future IT infrastructure requirementsResponsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Networkthelayout of the the data center facility to ensure efficient utilization ofphysical space, optimize capacity
management,support the growth and scalability of IT infrastructure. The Whitespace Planner will be responsible formaintaining a well-organized and efficient data center environment that meetsboth current and future IT infrastructure requirementsDesignthe layout of the Data center floor space to maximize efficiency and capacityutilization which includes placement of server racks, networking equipment,
cooling systems, power distribution units, and other infrastructure components.
Monitorand forecast Data center space, power, and cooling capacity ensuring resourcesare effectively utilized to support seamless operations.
Determinethe optimal placement of IT equipment within the facility for proper airflow,cooling and maintenance access.
Createrack elevation diagrams and floor plans to visualize the arrangement of serverracks, cabling, and other equipment.
Ensurethat the data center design and layout comply with industry standards, bestpractices, and regulatory requirements including environment for IT operations.
Workclosely with architects, engineers, operations teams, and other stakeholders forthe space planning activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identifyopportunities for optimization through site surveys and assessments.
Recommendcontinuous improvements by evaluating technologies and solutions that willenhance whitespace planning processes and efficiency.
Drivethe future growth and scalability plan to ensure the data center can expand and
adapt to changing business requirements.Over 7 years in requisiteexperience in Data Centre whitespace planning, capacity management, or facilitydesign with in-depth knowledge in Data Centre modelling within Telco industry.
