- Assist in Research Project: Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement research protocols, including recruiting participants, obtaining informed consent, and collecting data
- Data Collection Perform assessments, interviews, and other data collection activities with study participants.
- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to participants involved in research studies. Monitor their mental health status, administer treatments as needed, and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the study.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities, including participant data, study procedures, and adverse events. Prepare reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings to the scientific community.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, research assistants and investigators. Communicate research progress, findings, and challenges in team meetings and research conferences.
- Ethical Compliance: Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards governing human subjects research
