Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate or its equivalent from a recognized university
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- Be a proficient in computer applications
- Is not otherwise disqualified under the provision of Chapter Six of the Constitution or any other written law.

- Analyzing data for the development and revue of the County land Value Index
- Undertaking Valuation for stamp duty, undertaking valuation of assets for the County Government of Migori
- Preparing main and supplementary valuation roles
- Analyzing market data for valuation purposes
- Developing Valuation database
