The role holder will execute retail operations at Sun King LPG Shop location. The Shop Stock Executive plays a critical role in the efficient management of inventory and operations overseeing various functions, including distribution, inventory management, team management, training, and compliance.

- Hold a Certificate or diploma in business or other related course or related experience
- Have a 1 year relevant experience

Retail operations to customer homes
- Conduct the installations, cylinder exchange, meter exchanges and in house service events
Distribution targets
- Ensure that distribution activities meet cost targets (e.g cost per delivery)
- Create delivery schedules to minimize travel time
Inventory Management
- Accurate tracking of inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Minimization of inventory shrinkage through effective loss prevention measures.
- Optimization of inventory turnover rate to maximize profitability and minimize holding costs
Team Management
- Effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities among installers to ensure smooth operations.
- Development of a motivated and engaged team through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Creation of a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
Installer Field Coaching
- Provision of comprehensive in-field training and field coaching of installers to enhance their product knowledge and job skills.
- Evaluation of training effectiveness through assessments and feedback from team members
- Continuous development of staff through ongoing training sessions and workshops.
